The TV Slider is an automatic slideshow of your products that runs directly in the browser of any device — TV, tablet or screen. It displays rotating product images with title, price and visual effects. You control everything from the admin panel. The screen updates automatically whenever you make a change.
On your TV (Smart TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast, tablet, etc.) open the built-in browser or Chrome.
Type in the address: waitex.app/your-slug/tv
Example: waitex.app/mycafe/tv
Find your URL in Admin → TV Slider.
Add it as a bookmark or set it as the browser's home page. That way, every time you turn on the device the slider starts automatically.
Press F11 or the browser's fullscreen button to cover the entire screen. On a Smart TV use the "Fullscreen" button on the remote.
Admin → TV Slider → select which products are shown. Drag to reorder. Each slide shows image + name + price.
Admin → Products → Combo → "Add to TV" button. Combo offers (e.g. Coffee + Cake = €3.50) appear as special slides with their own dedicated layout.
Upload any image (poster, seasonal offer, event) to appear between products at any position in the rotation order.
Set how many seconds each slide stays on screen before moving to the next. Recommended: 5–8 seconds.
Enable a header (shop logo / title) and a footer (phone, Instagram, Facebook, opening hours). Perfect for take-away or delivery info.
Choose whether to display the price of each product or not. Useful for venues that prefer not to show prices on screen.
